Terms of Sale:

All prices are FOB McAlpin, Florida. All sales are COD basis unless other arrangements have been made.

Prices are subject to change without notice. A $ 35.00 service charge will be assessed on each returned check, plus the charge of collection if any.

Freight:

Percentages according to your area. Call one of our salesman for freight rates in your area.

Claims:

All Claims must be made on receipt of stock, and we will correct any mistakes made by us, but under no circumstance will shade tree nursery be responsible for more than the purchase price of the stock.

Minimums:

A minimum of $1200.00 is necessary for a combination load for delivery.
